    Hi Dan!

Actually if I recall correctly, I started feeling some overuse/overtraining symptoms, so I actually stopped after week 11. I took a week or so off, started again, for a few weeks, and then came down with a nasty cold which turned into a sinus infection. By the time I was over that, I had been out of the exercise/fitness picture for about a month, so I started easing back into it a few weeks ago - trying to be careful to not cross the overtraining line again.

    So it's been going slow.

Other than that, my results have been fairly good, with an exception - since my diet hadn't been as good as it should have been, I didn't experience the fat loss I was hoping for - but my musculature seemed to respond pretty well overall to the routines, and I feel I gained a good amount of size and definition.

I've definitely totally tweaked my diet in the last couple of months - in fact I've dropped a couple of pounds just in my few weeks of "getting ready", so I'm anxiously awaiting my results once I start the official 12 week cycle again.
